Tony and his team did an excellent job on our basement. We were familiar with their work because my mother-in-law had Mold Solutions do her basement and they did such a great job that even the most mold-sensitive members of our family now have no trouble staying there. Tony was very concerned with doing a quality job for us, and took the time to answer our questions so we understood the work. I should mention that we actually looked at two other houses prior to asking Moldtrust to work with this one, and asked Tony to give us quotes on those two houses as well. He went above and beyond ot help us. Great experience!

While I was out of town over the holidays, a supply line to one of my upstairs toilets burst and flooded my entire townhouse. When I got back to town, I was greeted by a home that was soaking wet and covered in debris and various strains of mold, including black mold. To add insult to injury, the insurance company denied our claim. We had to pay for everything out of pocket. I found Mold Solutions Home Services on Google. The owner, Tony Ballew, came out the next day and took the time to explain the scope of work. He talked to me in language I could understand. I was also impressed by his level of thoroughness. The job was massive and took about 3 weeks. He communicated to me as the job was progressing and let me know how things were going and what to expect. Overall, I would say that I like Tony’s professionalism, helpfulness, thoroughness, and the fact that he communicated with me throughout the entire process. He did what he said he was going to do and his team worked tirelessly from start to finish. I think they went above and beyond and I am pleased with the results. I would recommend them highly.

Tony and his crew were absolutely incredible. I found them on Google while panicking over a major issue in our home, and from the very beginning they were responsive, professional, and reassuring. Last year I had a dryer duct that had been compacted with water and lint slowly leaking over a lengthy amount of time. After discovering it, I needed to have mold testing done before any removal was done. I found 3 companies to call, including Mold Solutions. My requirements: They were educational, not arrogant. Happy to answer any and all of my questions. I needed to learn since this was the first time I needed mold testing done. They had years of experience with solid references. Fair pricing and not overselling services I didn't need or didn't need yet. Mold Solutions was my last call, but my first choice. Tony took the time to explain everything, including pricing, before I agreed to book an appointment. He was able to come out quickly to do the testing. He walked me through everything he was setting up and going to do. I let him do his work, and when he was finished he explained everything in detail, including timelines for the report. I called my dad to see if he had any additional questions I hadn't thought of. I like to cover my bases! Tony spoke to my dad and happily answered his questions. He never spoke down to me and was happy to share his knowledge. Tony's approach mattered greatly, because he came across as trustworthy and transparent. Tony ensured everything was cleaned up prior to his departure. He followed up as soon as the mold testing report was available. He emailed it over and called me to explain and answer any questions I had. Thankfully no mold remediation was necessary. However, if I needed it done, I would have gone with Tony. Integrity is hard to come by these days, but Tony has it. I highly recommend him and he's on my list of trusted providers for my home and to refer to friends.
